How to Make a Habit Tracker for Kids

Habit trackers can be useful to follow or track your goals. Having all the information in a picture in front of you is a good way of seeing the progress you have made. And it allows you to see patterns that you may not have known were there.

You can track just about any habit. Here are some ideas for your journal:

  • money you have saved
  • how much you exercised
  • making your bed
  • good eating habits
  • reading
  • practicing something
  • brushing your teeth
